学生演讲，主题演讲突出年度可持续发展研讨会
Pitt’s 14th annual 学生可持续发展研讨会 is set for Friday, April 23, this year in a virtual format.
Student presentations are the focus of the daylong event, starting with a 早晨会议 starting at 8:30 a.m., featuring 13 teams from the 可持续性 Capstone course taught by Swanson School of 工程 Department of Civil and Environmental 工程 faculty member 大卫·桑切斯, associate director of the Mascaro Center for Sustainable Innovation.
The 下午会议 begins at 12:45 p.m. with a video honoring the 2021年球速体育可持续发展冠军—25 faculty, staff and student members of the University community who are being recognized for their leadership and commitment to sustainability at Pitt.
From 1-2:30 p.m., student teams from Department of Geology and Environmental Science instructor 沃德Allebach的 undergraduate 可持续性 and 可持续性 Flash Lab courses will present the following projects, followed by an hourlong virtual poster and Q&A session.
